Email suits detailed questions, because it leaves us a written record to reply to. The phone line stays open all night for anything more urgent, and you are welcome at the office in the Sydney CBD during business hours.

Office

20 Loftus St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

We are an information resource, not a car park operator, so there is no barrier or booking desk here. Anything about a specific booking, a charge or a barrier fault goes to the operator or the airport parking team, who hold your reference.

Where we add value

What we can help with

The point of this site is comparison, so most questions we get are the same few: which car park sits closest to a terminal, whether a covered space is worth it for a long trip, and how the free pick-up windows actually work. Send us those and you will get a straight answer built around your dates.

  • Terminal proximity

Which car park is closest to the terminal you are flying from, and how much walking that leaves you.

  • Parking types

Undercover versus open-air, walk-in versus shuttle-connected, and what changes for a long stay.

  • Free pick-up windows

How the short free window works at each terminal and what happens once it runs out.

  • Prebook versus drive-up

What actually differs when you reserve a space ahead of time instead of arriving and hoping.

  • Overstay rules

Where the overstay charge starts and the simple habit that keeps you out of it.

  • Fixing the guide

A page that is unclear, or a detail that no longer matches what you found on site — that is ours to repair.

Before you write

Three facts save a week of email

Which terminal you fly from, whether the trip is a short hop or a long stay, and whether you want to walk in or ride a shuttle. If it is a pick-up question, add the terminal your passenger lands at and we can be specific instead of general.

There is no length limit on a question. If you are deciding between an undercover space near the terminal and a cheaper lot with a shuttle connection, say so and we will walk through the trade-off against your dates rather than repeat the page you already read. Short questions are welcome too, and they usually get an answer the same working day.

P2

Domestic, north side

The closest covered option to the domestic terminals. Ask us here if you want to avoid a shuttle with an early flight.

P3

Domestic, long stay

Suited to trips that run past a week. We can explain how the shuttle cycle affects your arrival buffer.

Y

International

The pick-up and drop-off side questions land here most often, including how the free window is timed.

Response times

We aim to reply to emails within two business days. Planning questions sent well before a trip get the fullest answer, because we can walk through the options in detail instead of hedging.

Contacting us the day before a flight? Keep it to the essentials: your terminal, your dates and your question. That helps us give you something useful faster.

Corrections welcome

Report a page issue

If a page describes operating hours, free windows or transfer details that do not match what you experienced, send the page name and what you saw. We check it against the published guidance and correct the guide where it is wrong.

Reader reports are how the fast-changing details stay reliable for the next traveller, so a short note with one correction is genuinely useful to us.

Write to us

Send your parking question

Tell us your terminal, your dates and what you want to know. We read every message and reply by email, usually within two business days.

  • Your email address is only used to answer your question.
  • Terminal, trip length and parking type get you the most specific reply.
  • Booking changes are handled by the operator, not by this guide.

Prefer to read first? The parking FAQ covers the questions we get most often.

We use these details only to answer your message. See the privacy policy for how that works.

We cannot change or cancel a booking from here.

Find the office

20 Loftus St in the Sydney CBD

Our office sits a short walk from Wynyard, in the middle of the CBD. The closest station access and the one-way streets around Loftus Street are worth checking before you set out, since the block is not set up for casual parking.

The map is for finding the office, not for airport parking. Airport car parks are a separate set of sites around the terminals — see the pickup zones and parking map for those.

Open 24 hours, seven days a week. Email and phone are answered before office hours; for anything about a live booking, contact the car park operator or the airport directly.

Short answers

Questions we get before writing in

Can you change or cancel my parking booking?
No. We do not operate car parks and we hold no bookings, so there is nothing here for us to amend. Contact the operator or the airport parking team, who can see your reference and your entry and exit times.
How quickly do you reply?
We aim to respond to emails within two business days. Questions sent well before your trip get the fullest answer, because we can go through the options at length rather than in one line.
Where are you based?
We are at 20 Loftus St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, and reachable on +61 2 9247 1234. This guide is an independent information resource, not a car park operator.
Can you tell me what my parking will cost?
Rates move with demand, season and how far ahead you reserve, and each operator sets their own. We do not hold current pricing, so we will explain what changes a rate rather than quote a figure we cannot stand behind. The operator's own booking page carries the live number for your dates.
